By accessing or using FriendUp (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Invite-Only Access

FriendUp is a curated social network. Access requires either a valid member invite or administrator approval. Invite codes are non-transferable and may be revoked at any time.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or to harass, abuse, or harm others. Reviews must be truthful and respectful.

5. Premium Subscriptions

Premium features are available via cryptocurrency payments. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Premium status is activated upon confirmation of the transaction.

6. Limitation of Liability

FriendUp is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
